Looking for a way to improve individual, team and organizational effectiveness in your

Gatehouse has provided tens of thousands of individuals inside client companies with
work related to Insights Discovery.
Gatehouse provides custom solutions to increase effectiveness from a basic
introductory workshop to advanced work and coaching on individual development, new
team formation, maximizing current team effectiveness, conflict resolution, leadership,
influencing and sales training.
Basic one day workshop overview:
Designed to fit around you and your specific needs, the foundational portion of
the Insights Discovery workshop is fast-paced, interactive and fun, focusing on
communication, teaming, group collaboration, engagement, and utilizing skills. This
workshop is effective because it is involving and practical. What's more, research has
shown that the learning from our workshops is remembered and put into practice long
after the training is over (unlike other "teambuilding" sessions you may have attended in
the past).
Objectives:
Enhance individual and team effectiveness
Increase understanding of individual communication styles, motivations,
strengths and weaknesses
- Enhance knowledge of teams preferences, strengths and weaknesses
- Boost individual communication and relationships
- Create a simple to use common language around similarities and differences
- Develop an enhanced personal and team development plan
Participants go through three primary learning experiences:
- Learning the Insights Discovery language: The easy to learn and apply language
of the system becomes a roadmap for high performance and allows teammates
to express difficult concepts in an easy, productive and non-offensive way. Our
experience inside major companies shows that taking sufficient time to learn
the Insights language significantly enhances ability to use the material from the
session in a practical, effective way.
- Reviewing and understanding the completely custom Insights Discovery Profile
The practical application of the profile, language and training: We'll focus on real
opportunities in the team. This segment of the day will emphasize the following
areas:
- Creation of individual development plans using the profile and language.
- Exercises focusing on enhancing one on one interaction with colleagues
using the profile and Insights language.
- Presentation of Team Wheel and discussion of team strengths, challenges
and opportunities.
These three experiences will create a foundation for continued development on your
own after the event. Participants leave knowing what to do with what they have learned
and with a plan of action in hand.
After the workshop:
After the workshop, we'll create a communication matrix and team wheel including
all participants and we will follow up with an hour long call discussing next steps for
utilization of the learning inside your organization.
We will also follow up on individual profile questions from team members at the end of
the session and on breaks. After the session we will answer a limited number of calls
from team members as well. Each team member also receives a practical workbook
and set of foam blocks.
