He is a master trainer in Creative Problem Solving, a accredited trainer in The Gatehouse Discovery System and has spoken to thousands on a variety of topics including teaming, communication, creativity, problem solving, and in his free time, regional history. He has given numerous presentations and keynotes on these topics to regional and national audiences. Dave is an enthusiastic and fun speaker who uses exercises, interactions, and even impressions to motivate, teach, and inspire.

LeAnn Elkins

LeAnn charms the crowd from the moment she steps on the stage. A firm believer in connecting with self and others as well as the power of contagious enthusiasm, she was forced to look her own beliefs in the eye when she was felled by a stroke followed by open heart surgery at only 36 years of age. Back in front of a crowd only 7 weeks later, she is an inspiring example of living life to the fullest. LeAnn was the head of the Organizational Creativity and Effectiveness Team at The Boeing Company, which specializes in communications, teaming and creativity.

She is a certified instructor and Master Trainer in The Insights Discovery Program and Six Thinking Hats. LeAnn is also a certified instructor in Lateral (Creative) Thinking. Her program has been featured in many publications, including: US News and World Report, The Seattle Times, Effective Meetings, Quality, and Bright Magazine.
